"The first time we used EZ Auto Shippers was to have a new truck we sold picked up from a Colorado dealership, and delivered to us. EZ Auto Shippers agreed to a price with my sales manager, and the vehicle was to be delivered on a Friday. On Tuesday, EZ Auto Shippers was informed by the trucking company that they had contracted to make the pickup, that they could not do the trip. Knowing that we had made arrangements with our customer based on the delivery time promised by EZ Auto Shippers to deliver the truck on Friday, the company President, at a cost of more than we paid for the shipment, got a driver to go with him and drove the 2300 miles round trip, and had the truck to me on Thursday night! He stated that he had made a commitment to us knowing that we made a commitment to our customer, and it was important to honor that commitment, even though the trucking company he contracted with did not honor their commitment to him. My dealership used EZ Auto Shippers again and they delivered a truck to Seattle Washington for a very fair price, and delivered it to the port on the day they said they would. Needless to say, when my dealership needs vehicles transported in the future, EZ Auto Shippers will be the first place called!
